脱硫高湿烟气中SO_2测试采样装置的研究及应用

The study and application on SO_2 testing device in wet flue gas desulfurization

针对目前普遍使用的便携式烟气分析仪存在因烟气中水蒸汽结露冷凝而严重影响测量结果的缺陷,提出"电加热+稀释"取样法,开发出双气路加热枪,设计出一套准确、简单、成本低的SO2测试采样装置。

The advantages and disadvantages of the current testing methods of SO2 in flue gas desulfurization are summarized. As water vapor condensed in the flue gas and seriously influenced the measurement results in the common portable gas analyzers, the sampling method （ ＂electric heating ＋ dilution＂ ） was proposed and a set of SO2 testing device was designed with merits of accuracy, simpicity and low cost.
