An Experimental Equipment for Transmission Case Capacities Testing after Overhaul

集装箱码头公司面临变速箱的大修和大修质量保障问题,需要装备变速箱测试台用于交付前的测试。通过对大修后变速箱的测试得到量化的测试结果以验证大修质量。变速箱测试台利用了部分设备更新后淘汰的器材,低成本地实现变速箱的测试。采用电力反馈技术的变速箱测试台是码头企业今后的发展方向。

Container terminal companies need to install testing platform for the transmission case testing before delivery because of the transmission case overhaul and its quality guarantee. The quantified results from the testing of the overhauled transmission case can be used to verify the overhaul qualities. In this paper, the testing platform is constructed and implemented at low cost by re - using of some materials from the other equipments when updating. The transmission test platform using power feedback technology is the development direction in the future for the terminal owners.
