摘要
水介质中四丁基溴化铵(TBAB r)催化下,芳香醛、4-羟基香豆素和丙二腈经微波辐射一釜合成了一系列2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基-4H-吡喃并[3,2-c]香豆素的衍生物。该方法具有反应时间短,收率高,后处理简便,环境友好等优点。
A series of 2-amino-3-cyano-4-aryl-4H-pyranocoumarin derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of aromatic aldehyde,4-hydroxycoumarin and malononitrile in aqueous media catalyzed by Tetrabutyl ammonium bromide(TBABr) under microwave irradiation.This method had the advantages of shorter reaction time,high excellent yield,simple work-up,and eco-friendly.
