摘要 该试验主要是对碳酸钙的表面改性研究。首先对改性剂进行筛选,再通过改变改性剂用量,水浴温度,改性时间等因素,并研究了这些因素对碳酸钙的活化度、沉降体积等性能的影响。实验表明,NDZ-201的改性效果比较好,最佳工艺方案为:改性剂添加量为2%,水浴温度为75℃,改性时间为1.5 h。 The modifiers were screened out at first.Then all kinds of factors were discussed such as dosage,time,and temperature.Meanwhile,modified effect was evaluated by activation grade and sedimentation volume.Experimental results showed that the best modified condition was that the dosage of modifier was 2%,temperature was 75 ℃,and time was 1.5 h.
