摘要
采用HPLC法建立测定虫草中11种有效成分的分析方法。采用碳十八色谱柱,甲醇和磷酸盐水溶液进行梯度洗脱,11种有效成分分别为:胞嘧啶、尿嘧啶、次黄嘌呤、尿苷、肌苷、胸腺嘧啶、腺嘌呤、鸟苷、2'-脱氧胸苷、腺苷、虫草素。考察了方法的线性范围、稳定性以及仪器的精密度。试验数据显示上述指标均在可接受的范围内。
A high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method was developed for the determination of nucleotides.Meanwhile, a comparative analysis of nucleotides in Cordyceps preparation was conducted by the developed method.Results showed that a good separation of Cytosine,Uracil,Hypoxanthine,Uridine,Thymine,Adenine,Inosine,Guanidine,2'-thymidine,Adenosine, cordycepin were achieved.This method was stable,precise and reproducible and was successfully applied to the determination of nucleosides in cordyceps preparation.
