摘要
利用水稻恢复系C418与携带Xa21基因亲本回交转育的中间材料,通过分子标记辅助选择,结合人工接种鉴定,农艺性状考察和田间配合力测定,选育出一批携带Xa21基因、白叶枯病抗性显著提高、农艺性状优良、配合力较强的新恢复系,同时筛选出一批优势杂交组合,为杂交稻抗病育种奠定物质基础。
By using the generations derived from restorer line C418 backcrossing with parent-Xa21 gene,through molecular marker assisted selection,inoculating representative strains,examining agronomic characters,testing combing ability,a series new restorer lines with Xa21 were bred.Comparatively with C418,these new restorer lines had higher resistance to bacterial blight,better agronomic characters,better combing ability,some new hybrid combinations with high quality were bred also,they would lay a matter foundation for hybrid resistant breeding.
