河北省农民信息支付能力的灰色系统分析

The Grey System Analysis on Information's Pay Ability of Rural Residents in Hebei Province

通过考查2003—2008年河北省农村居民的人均消费和人均纯收入现状,运用灰色系统分析法建立GM(1,1)模型,计算河北省农民信息支付能力的划分标准,并结合实际调研数据进一步分析河北省农民的信息支付能力,得出目前河北省农民信息支付能力不足、有待进一步提高的结论,并在最后给出相应的对策和建议。

From investigating the per capita consumption and per capita net income of rural residents in Hebei province from 2003 to 2008,the gray correlation analysis method,the relationship between the sub-consumption index and the per capita net income were quantified used.Then GM（1,1） model was established,the standard on information＇s pay ability of rural residents in Hebei Province was calculated,and then the actual survey data to have the further analysis was combines.The results showed that the rural residents in Hebei province lack of information＇s pay ability which pending further improving.At last,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions was also given.
