摘要
根据河北省第二次经济普查的最新资料,运用综合指数法和TOPSIS法,分别对河北省136个县(市)竞争力进行了综合评价研究。研究河北省各个县(市)的县域经济竞争力,可以清楚客观地认识各县(市)的优势与不足、问题与潜力,为制定河北省经济发展战略提供科学的依据,对于壮大和提高河北省的地方综合实力和经济竞争力有十分重要的现实意义。
Researching on county economic competitiveness of various counties（cities） in Hebei could clearly and objectively understand the advantages and disadvantages,problems and potential of counties（cities） using the new statistics of the second economic census,and could provide scientific economic development strategies for the development of Hebei,and it also had a great of practical significance to expanding and improving the local comprehensive strength and economic competitiveness of Hebei.Composite index and TOPSIS methods was used to research on competitiveness of the comprehensive evaluation of 136 counties（cities） in Hebei.
