Effect of DCS Simulacra on Wet-end Properties of Pulp and Properties of Hand-sheets

摘要 选用了三种典型的带有负电荷的物质作为造纸中的DCS模拟物,研究并探讨了它们对浆料湿部性能及纸性的不同影响。研究结果表明:不添加助剂的浆料中,随皂化松香浓度的增加,Zeta电位绝对值稍稍下降。而随着草酸钠和皂化硬脂酸浓度的增加,Zeta电位绝对值先上升再下降。添加了阳离子助剂后,随着DCS模拟物浓度的提高,浆料Zeta电位呈现一直下降的趋势。不添加助剂的浆料中,随着DCS模拟物浓度的增加,浆料游离度会发生波动。添加了助剂后,浆料的滤水性能变得比未添加助剂的浆料稳定。不添加助剂的浆料中,DCS模拟物使白水CD值显著上升。而添加了阳离子助剂之后,白水CD值上升趋势减缓。草酸钠使纸页施胶效果下降。皂化松香和皂化硬脂酸使纸页的施胶效果先上升后下降。DCS模拟物降低纸页的耐折度和抗张强度性能。 In this paper, three kinds of typical anionic chemicals were chosen as DCS simulacra, their different effect on wet-end properties of pulp and properties of hand-sheets was investigated. The results showed that increas- ing the saponified rosin content of the assistant-free pulp, absolute value of Zeta potential of the pulp descended slightly. Increasing the sodium oxalate and saponified stearic acid contents of the assistant-free pulp, absolute value of Zeta potential of the pulp increased first and then decreased. When assistants were added in pulp, increasing the three kinds of DCS simulacra content of the pulp, absolute value of Zeta potential of the pulp descended all along. Increasing the DCS simulacrum content of the assistant-free pulp, the drainage ability of the pulp fluctuated. When assistants had been added, the drainage ability of the pulp was more stable than that of assistant-free pulp. DCS simulacra enhanced CD value of the filtrate, the enhancing effect was weaken when assistants had been added in the pulp. Sodium oxalate reduced the sizing effect of hand-sheets. Increasing saponified stearic acid and saponified rosin content of the pulp, the sizing effect of hand-sheets increased first and then decreased. DCS simulacra re- duced the tensile and folding endurance of hand-sheets.
