摘要
通过实验驯化筛选出4种能够耐受和处理制浆中段废水的优势菌A、B、C、D,其中优势菌C对制浆中段废水的CODCr综合去除效果最好。随后研究了优势菌C在不同的处理时间、温度、pH值和废水浓度下对CODCr去除率,从而确定优势菌C处理制浆中段废水的最佳条件。实验结果表明,在温度30℃、pH值为8、废水浓度为750mg/L的条件下反应9h,CODCr去除率最高,到达50%以上。
Four dominant bacteria of A, B, C and D for treatment of pulping medium-stage ( washing, screening and bleaching) wastewater were screened by domestication and the best degraded efficiency was bacterium C. Then CODCr removal rate under the different temperature, pH, and waste water concentration by the bacterium C was studied. The results showed that under the condition of temperature of 30℃, pH of 8, wastewater concentration of 60% . react time of 9 h. CODCr removal rate achieved the hiehest value, which was more than 50%.
