摘要
本文以南方松和相思木为原料研究了预处理对碱法制浆过程中甲醇形成的影响。研究结果发现,碱预处理过程中可以产生甲醇,相思木碱预处理过程中产生的甲醇量要高于南方松。同时研究发现,碱和热水预处理可以减少后续碱法制浆过程中甲醇的产生。处理时间越长,其后续蒸煮过程中产生的甲醇的量越少。
In this paper, southern pine and acacia were taken as raw materials to study the effects of pretreatment on methanol formation during alkaline pulping. The results showed that methanol is formed in the alkaline pretreat- ment process. The pretreatment process of acacia resulted in more methanol formation than that of southern pine un- der the same pretreatment conditions. The investigation showed that the content of methanol in black liquor after hot -water and alkaline pretreatment were lower than those of corresponding control alkaline pulping. The methanol content in black liquor decreased with increasing pretreatment time.
