不同水平丝兰提取物对肉鸡生产性能和血液生化指标影响的研究 被引量:13

摘要 本试验研究在日粮中添加不同水平丝兰提取物对肉鸡生产及血液生化指标的影响。试验选用1日龄健康AA肉仔鸡720只,随机分为6个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复40只。结果表明:肉鸡日粮中添加丝兰提取物,21、42 d末体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在21 d和42 d,负对照组添加丝兰提取物后,血液中尿素氮的浓度显著低于负对照组(P<0.05),总胆固醇和甘油三脂含量随丝兰提取物添加量的增加呈下降的趋势,与负对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。在21 d,正对照组添加丝兰提取物60、120 mg/kg组,血液中尿素氮的浓度显著低于正对照组(P<0.05),总胆固醇和甘油三脂含量随丝兰提取物添加量的增加呈下降的趋势,与正对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。在42 d,正对照组添加丝兰提取物血液中尿素氮的浓度显著低于正对照组(P<0.05),正对照组添加丝兰提取物240 mg/kg组甘油三脂含量显著低于正对照组(P<0.05)。日粮中添加丝兰提取物可改善肉鸡的生产性能,降低肉鸡血液中尿素氮的含量,但对血液中总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量的影响差异不显著。 A study was conducted to assess the effects of different level biopowder on growth performance, and biochemical parameters of blood in broilers. A total of 720, one - day - old Arbor Acres broiler chicks were used in this study. Broilers were randomly allotted to 6 treatments each consisted of 3 replications of 40 chickens. Dietary treatments were as follows : ( Ⅰ ) positive control (PC), ( Ⅱ ) negative control (NC), ( Ⅲ ) PC + 60 mg/ kg biopowder, (Ⅳ) PC + 120 mg/kg Biopowder, (Ⅴ) PC + 240 mg/kg Biopowder, (Ⅵ) NC + 120 mg/ kg biopowder. The result of this experiment indicated: at 21 and 42 days of age, BW in the Biopowder group was significantly higher in the total cholesterol (P 〈 0.05 ) and urea nitrogen was lower ( P 〈 0.05 ) than that in NC, but no differences and triglyceride (P 〉 0.05 ). At 21 days of age, urea nitrogen in group Ⅲ and group IV were significantly lower (P 〈 0.05 ) than that in PC, whereas no significant differences in the total cholesterol and triglyceride (P 〉 0.05 ). The same condition was found in the group V at 42 days of age. It was concluded that biopowder could improve the ers. There was no difference in the total growth performance, and decrease the urea nitrogen of blood in broilcholesterol and triglyceride.
