摘要
30年高校"体教结合"的政策和模式探索演进历程中,总体上是以高校非体育专业的体教结合为探索重点,取得了多维的实践成效,但在国际模式接轨、有效运行策略和机制等方面仍存在着矛盾。为此,提出了立足国情,借鉴外国有益经验;整合利益机制,促进利益与资源协调平衡;扶持重点,优化资源配置;树立"专业化"教育思想,发挥体育院系的"专业化"教育优势等应对措施。
30-year university "athletics education combine"policy,and models to explore the evolution of history,on the whole university is to teach non-sport professional bodies to explore the combination of focus,has made the practice of multi-dimensional effect.But still there is convergence with international models,strategies and mechanisms for effective operation of the areas of conflicts and expectations.In this paper,integration of the interests of mechanisms to promote the interests of balance and coordination of resources to support focus,optimize the allocation of resources,choose to learn foreign experience,establish a "professional" educational thinking,play sports faculty's "professionalism".
