湖南省高校现行的体育管理模式研究

Studying on the Sports Management Modes of the Univercitiesin Hunan Province

通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、调查法、比较法,对湖南省高校现行的体育管理模式进行了深入的研究,认为湖南省高校体育管理模式有四种类型,并分析了这四种类型的优势和弊端,阐明湖南省高校体育管理模式改革的方向:突破传统思维方式,着重从体育战略上寻求突破口,注重内涵式发展,引入全面质量管理的理念。

By using methods of documentary,experts interview,investigation and comparison,this article made a research on the sports management modes of the universities in Hunan Province.The author of this article considers that there are four types of sports management in the universities in Hunan Province,and analyzes on the advantages and disadvantages of these four types,believes on the direction of the Reform：breaking the trap of the tradition thinking modes,seeking a breakthrough from the sport strategies,focusing on the connotative development,introducing the total quality management concept.
