国内外优秀男子跳高运动员起跳技术对比分析

The Comparative Analysis of Taking-off Technical of Excellent Men High-jumper between China and Foreigh Country

通过查阅大量关于跳高助跑起跳技术的文献资料,从影响跳高的因素入手,着重分析助跑速度、身体内倾程度、最后一步的步长、以及起跳时间与速度(水平速度和垂直速度)的联系。我国跳高运动员的弧线助跑起跳技术逊于世界优秀运动员的原因是助跑速度慢;从我国运动员的起跳技术与助跑速度和力量等素质的匹配关系看,我国运动员的起跳技术与其运动素质是相匹配的,有其必然性,但匹配层次低于国外优秀运动员。

Through reading massive document materials on taking-off technical characteristic in high-jump and analyzing the curving approach＇ s speed of the last step,the speed of reciprocal second step,boby＇s inward obliquity,backward obliquity,the length of stride,take-off time,and so on.Comparing our jumpers＇ technologies with the international top high-jumpers＇,we know that Chinese athletes＇ technical characteristics are bad,the reason is that Chinese athletes＇ speed and physical strength of sports abilities are weak and do not reach the top athletes＇ technical level.But Chinese athletes＇ technologies are biomechanical and reasonable on base of the relation of Chinese jumpers＇ technology and their sports abilities.
