Experimental and Theoretical Analysis of Weak Hand Exercise in Tennis

通过教学实验证明,弱势手练习对提高网球技术有促进作用。从弱势手练习对优势手正拍技术的作用、弱势手练习对双手反拍技术的作用、以及弱势手练习在提高学生学习兴趣中的作用等三个方面,进行了理论探讨。

Bosed on teaching experiment,this paper shows that weak hand exercises can improve technique of tennis;meanwhile,weak hand exercise benefits dominate forehand;weak hand exercise benefits both hand back drive;weak hand exercise improve the learning interesting of students.These three aspects were made theoretical analysis.
