丙酮酸补充对女子散手运动员体重和血脂水平影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 丙酮酸是机体糖代谢、脂代谢及各种氨基酸代谢的中间产物,对生物的能量代谢具有十分重要的作用。以8名沈阳体育学院女子散手院队运动员为研究对象,采用自身对照设计,测定了试验前后运动员体重、体脂率和腰臀比等形态学指标,以及血清TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C和FFA等生化指标。结果表明:(1)与补充前相比,运动员体重、BMI和体脂率均明显下降(P<0.05),且停用2周后也未出现反弹现象;(2)与补充前相比,运动员血糖和TG水平明显下降(P<0.05),而血清HDL-C水平明显升高(P<0.05);血清TC和LDL-C无明显变化;血清FFA水平有升高趋势,但无统计学差异。可见,丙酮酸具有一定的降体重和体脂及改善脂代谢的作用,有可能成为一种较为理想的减体重和/或控体重的膳食营养补充品。 Pyruvic is the production of glycometabolism,Lipid metabolism and amino acid metabolism.Taking 8 women Sanshou Athletes in Shenyang Institute of Physical as research object,we dotermined the weight,fat level and TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,FFA indexes.The results:(1)The weight,BMI and fat decreased obriously(P0.05) after the supplement of pyruvic aid and not rebound after 20 weeks;(2)The blood suger and TG level decreased obviously and HDL-C lerel increased,TC,LDL-C had not obviously change,and FFA had heigltening trend.Therefore,pyruvic and has effects such as decreasing weight and improving fat metabolism,and it can be made as a nutrition supplement for decreasing/controling weight.
