不同负荷运动训练对小鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究 被引量:7

Effect on Immunologic Function in Mice by Different Exercises

摘要 为研究运动训练对机体免疫功能的影响以及为针对性的干预手段提供实验依据。通过对小鼠进行为期6周的不同负荷的游泳训练,采用氚标记胸腺嘧啶掺入法(3H-TdR)测小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化;流式细胞仪对T淋巴细胞亚群进行分型。结果显示:经过6周的游泳训练后,45min训练组在淋巴细胞增殖反应、NK、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8显著高于对照组和力竭组(P<0.01),CD8与对照组比较有上升趋势,无显著意义,但显著低于力竭组(P<0.01);而力竭组在淋巴细胞增殖反应、NK、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8显著低于对照组和45min训练组(P<0.05),CD8显著高于对照组和45min训练组(P<0.01)。实验表明:大负荷的运动训练将导致机体免疫功能下降;而适当运动有利于机体免疫功能增强,提高抗感染能力。 The purpose of the research was to explore the effect of immunologic function and provide the means of intervention.33 male Balb/c mice were divided into three groups randomly.The controled group(n=10) was sedentary.The 45min training group(n=10) and the overtraining group(n=13,3 mice died during training) were forced to receive acclimatization training in the first week,then the 45min training group and the overtraining group were trained for 45min and to be exhausted per day respectively in the following 5 weeks.Spleen lymphocyte cell's transformation was tested by means of 3H-TdR.T lymphocyte subgroup and the activity of national killer cells(NK) were assessed by means of flow cytometry.Results:①after 6-week swimming training,lymphocyte proliferation and the number of NK、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8 in 45min training group were signficantly larger than that in controled group and overtraining group(P0.01).The number of CD8 in 45min training group tended to increase without significant difference compared with controled group,but it decreased with significant difference compared with the overtraining group(P0.01).②Lymphocyte proliferation and the number of NK、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8 in the overtraining group were signficantly smaller than that in controled group and 45min training group(P0.05).However,the number of CD8 in the overtraining group was signficantly larger than the other two groups.It indicated that the overtraining might have caused the immune function decline,while reasonable exercise would have strengthened and improved the immune function of anti-infection ability.
