摘要
中学体育教学应根据学生的年龄结构、知识结构、心理发展特征及体育需求,实行指定性学习与自主学习并举、"指导式"和"自主式"相结合的教学方式,以激发学生体育锻炼的兴趣和积极性,培养他们体育锻炼的良好习惯,使学生的身体、个性心理、技能、能力等得到全面发展。
Secondary school students in physical education should be based on age structure,knowledge structure,and physical demand characteristics of psychological development,and the implementation of the specified learning and independent study both,"directive" and "independent" a combination of teaching methods to stimulate student sports interest and enthusiasm in order to develop their good exercise habits,so that students can have body,personality psychology,skills,abilities all round development.
