摘要
在实施素质教育的今天,"健康第一"已成为学校教育的指导思想,心理、身体、社会适应力的协调发展是现代教育、健康教育的终极目标。将情知教学模式植入健美操教学过程,对大学生的创新意识及能力、提高学生体育锻炼的兴趣和积极性、培养学生审美和创造美的能力等方面极具重要意义。
The method of literature review was used to clarify the necessity and feasibility of putting mental education in aerobics teaching.In order to make better results in mental health education:First,the leaders should pay attention to the teachers' training;Second,the teachers should change their concepts of education by learning more knowledge of psychology and improve the ability in mental health education.In teaching practice,we should cleverly arrange the aerobics teaching and psychological education so that the students can harmoniously develop themselves and lead their lives confidently.
