摘要
走劳务品牌经营之路,内强素质,外树形象,由国内走向国际,提升劳动力的核心竞争力,这既是劳动者本身发展所需,也是市场所需,但同时也面临人们的观念问题、劳动者自身素质问题、劳务品牌培育非专业化问题和制度欠缺问题等困境。提出了四项重要建议:多种途径改变对部分劳务工种的歧视;探讨劳务品牌专业化运作的方案,为劳务品牌培育提供可行的理论支持;吸引大学生加入到品牌劳务队伍中来,提高劳务品牌的含金量;完善相关制度,为创建知名劳务品牌提供制度保障。
Fostering labour brand,making it international and promoting the core competitiveness of workers,are the needs of workers' development as well as market.However,it faces the problems of people's conception,workers' quality,non-professional personal brand cultivation,imperfect system,etc.This paper proposes four important suggestions: various channels can be applied to change some of the discrimination;the specialization of labor brand operation is explored ro provide feasible theory support for the cultivation of labour brand;university students can be attracted in brand service ranks to improving service quality;revelant system can be perfected to provide guarantee for constructing labour brand.
