Different forms of otherization appear in the prize-winning novel Disgrace by J.M.Coetzee,a writer with dual identities.By describing the situation of otherization in ethnicity,class,and gender,the novelist demonstrates the tendency of the former center being otherized to the extreme and expresses his critical attitude toward the new extreme of otherization.
