翻译能力的研究及其培养

A Study of Translation Competence and Its Development

翻译教学应以培养学生的翻译能力为中心,翻译能力的研究在整个翻译教学中具有重要作用。在研究翻译能力的基础上,探讨了英专本科翻译教学阶段,发展学生翻译能力的四个具体方面:双语能力、知识结构、转换能力以及评估能力,并指出了翻译能力培养的具体方法和途径。

Translation teaching should center on developing students＇ translation competence.The study of translation competence plays an important role in translation teaching.Based on the study of translation competence,the present paper makes an analysis of the structure of translation competence for undergraduates of English major： bilingual competence,extensive knowledge,transfer competence and evaluation competence.Furthermore,it probes into the methods and approaches to develop students＇ translation competence.
