乳宁合剂治疗乳腺增生病的药效研究

STUDY ON PHARMACODYNAMIC OF RUNING MIXTURE AS AN AGENT FOR TREATMENT OF CYCLOMASTOPATHY

目的 :对本院中药制剂乳宁合剂 (Rulinmixture ,RLM )治疗乳腺增生病的药效学进行研究。方法 :试品采用组方中药 ,制成合剂 ,制造动物模型 ,灌胃给药 ,观察功能学、组织细胞学变化和主要的毒理学特征。结果 :乳宁合剂口服可以降低雌激素和提高孕酮在大鼠血清中的浓度水平 ,效果显著 (P <0 .0 1,0 .0 5 ) ;组织细胞学观察可见乳腺体积和腺泡腔缩小 ,乳腺小叶和腺泡数目减少 ,实验 1组尤其显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对幼龄大鼠体重增长率、肝肾功能、肝肾系数、血象、血清蛋白浓度均无显著影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :RLM治疗乳腺增生病效果显著 ,毒性低微 ,安全。

OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacodynamic of Running Mixture (RNM),a preparation of traditional Chinese medicines,in treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland.METHODS:RNM was given to animal model of rats and the efficacy,histology,and mean characterics of toxicology were observed.RESULTS:In rats,the serum estrogen level was decreased and the serum pregsterone level was increased by oral RNM and the volume of mammary gland and acinus carvity were reduced,the number of breast lobule and acini were decreased.No obvious influence on weight gain,hepatic and renal function,hepatic and renal coefficient,and hemogram except WBC were observed in young rats.CONCLUSION:RNM is effective in treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland with mild side effects.
