大蒜加芒硝治疗阑尾脓肿的临床研究

Glauber′s Salt Garlic plus Clinical Study of Treatment of Appendiceal Abscess

目的观察大蒜加芒硝治疗阑尾脓肿的疗效。方法将阑尾脓肿患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例,实验组在常规治疗的基础上,再对患者用大蒜加芒硝外敷右下腹麦氏区。对照组只采用传统的抗生素输液。观察两组阑尾脓肿的治疗效果。结果实验组在3d后和第7天的疗效均优于对照组。结论大蒜加芒硝治疗阑尾脓肿可加快病情的痊愈。

Objective To investigate the treatment of appendiceal abscess garlic increase the efficacy of Glauber′s salt.Methods Appendiceal abscess were randomly divided into experimental and control group,30 patients in the experimental group on the basis of conventional therapy,and then add the garlic with the patient with right lower quadrant mirabilite Maxwell area.The control group using only the traditional antibiotic infusion.The effect of appendix abscess were observed.Results After three days and the efficacy of the seventh day is better than the control group.Conclusion The treatment of appendicular abscess garlic Glauber′s salt can be added to speed up the disease cured.
