摘要
目的总结探讨严重胸部创伤救治的经验与体会。方法回顾性分析本院2007—2010年抢救严重胸部创伤患者57例的临床资料。结果抢救成功52例,死亡5例。结论严重胸部创伤病情复杂而危急,应尽快明确诊断,迅速、果断及正确处理是提高抢救成功率的关键。
Objective To summarize and discuss the experience of the of severe chest trauma.Methods We analyzed the diagnosis of the 57 cases of severe chest trauma which we have treated from 2007 to 2010 retrospectively.Results 52 patients were cured,and 5 patient died.Conclusion Severe chest trauma is in critical and complex condition,early diagnosis and rapid and suitable treatment is important to the success of rescue.
