成人下呼吸道革兰氏阴性菌感染的菌群及耐药性调查分析

Gram-negative Bacterium for Lower Respiratory Tract Infection in Adults and Its Antibiotic Resistance

目的研究我院成人下呼吸到感染的病原菌分布及耐药情况。方法采集2006年3月—2010年3月采集我院呼吸科下呼吸道感染患者的标本150例进行培养,对培养出的革兰氏阴性菌病原菌进行分离鉴定,并进行药物敏感试验。结果 150例痰标本中分离出菌株105株,其中革兰阴性杆菌48株占45.7%。所分离的革兰阴性杆菌中主要有大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯肺炎亚种、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍氏不动杆菌。它们对亚胺培南、美罗培南敏感度极高,对氨基糖苷类及奎诺酮类耐药率低,对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦耐药率相对较低,对常用头孢菌素的耐药率相对较高。结论成人下呼吸道感染的病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主的趋势在上升,且耐药菌株所占比例越来越高。应加强病原菌耐药性的监测,指导临床合理使用抗生素。

Objective To study the Gram-negative bacterium for lower respiratory tract infection in adults and its antibiotic resistance.Methods Collect 150 samples in our hospital in 2006 Mar to 2010 Mar to cultivating bacteria to isolation and identification.Results There are 48 gram-negative bacterium of all 105 bacterium,which are Escherichia coli,pneumonia crayresearch,pneumonia subspecies,pseudomonas aeruginosa,acinetobacter.And these gram-negative bacterium are sensitive to imipenem,meropenem and piperacillin/thiazole battalion.Conclusion The gram-negative bacterium for lower respiratory tract infection in adults and antibiotic resistance has rising trends.We should strengthen the monitoring,guiding pathogenic bacteria resistant clinical rational use of antibiotics.
