The paper raises personnel training model of Shantou Polytechnic of Physical Education ＂Interchange independence＂ by the literature search and in light of reality.It provides a scientific and rational theory for the cultivation of ＂wide requirements,thick foundation,Strong capacity,high-quality＂ physical education complex professionals.
