摘要
收割机上的振动严重影响了测产的精度,研究联合收割机车身振动信号特征及其对测产传感器的影响,找出一套新的减振方法。分析了车上振动信号的特征,在此基础上,从谷物称重方式、传感器安装、电子硬件电路、经典算法滤波等方面进行了抗振动干扰的设计。经试验验证系统硬件可靠,软件算法滤波合理,动态测量误差可达到±5%以内,基本上满足了联合收割机测产的要求。
The precision of yield estimation was impacted seriously by the vibration on the harvester. The purpose of this design is to study the characteristic of the combine body's vibration signals and the impact on yield estimation sensors by vibration,then to find a set of new damping methods. Firstly,this paper analyzes the characteristic of vibration signals on the vehicle,on this basis,doing the design of anti-vibration interference from the aspects of the mode of the grain weighing,sensor installation,electron hardware circuit,classic arithmetic filtering. From the test,it is verified that the hardware of the system is reliable,software filtering algorithms is reasonable either. The error from the dynamic measurement can be achieved within ±5%,and it attains the combine yield monitor requirements.
