摘要
模糊评价法和综合指数法是生态环境状况评价的两种主要方法。以水利水电工程为例,通过建立水利水电工程的生态状况评价指标体系,从两种方法的特点出发,从便于比较生态状况的角度,分析了模糊评价法和综合指数法在生态影响后评价中的适用性。结果表明,综合指数法更能客观、真实地反映区域生态环境状况。
The fussy assessment method and the comprehensive index method were usually applied to evaluate the eco-environmental status. According to the ecology impacted characters of the water conservancy and the hydro-power construction,the ecology assessment index system was built to evaluate the ecology environment quality before and after the construction by the fussy assessment method and the comprehensive index method for judging the ecology environment quality changing and the analyzing the changing reason. Then the applicability of the two methods to the post ecology assessment was analyzed,according to the characters of the two methods,and for the eco-influence comparison. The result was that the index method could be considered more appropriate,and could external and truly reflect the territorial ecology environmental quality.
