摘要
针对以单一磷酸盐为磷源的化学沉淀法去除氨氮过程中出水磷酸盐残余量偏高的问题,试验尝试以磷酸盐和磷酸氢盐混合物作为化学沉淀法的磷源,研究了物料配比、反应时间等条件对氨氮去除效果及磷酸盐残余量的影响。结果表明,以磷酸氢盐为磷源,出水中氨氮浓度较低,而磷酸盐浓度较高;以磷酸盐为磷源,出水中磷酸盐浓度较低,而氨氮浓度较高,以混合盐为磷源综合了二者的特点,降低了运行成本,具有一定的应用价值。
Aiming at the problem that the high remains of effluent phosphate in the process of chemical precipitation method for the removal of ammonium nitrogen in wastewater based on the single phosphate as the phosphorus source,this experiment attempted to use phosphate and biphosphate mixture as phosphorus source to study the effect of different proportions and reaction time for the result of ammonium nitrogen removal and the phosphate concentration out of water. The results showed that low nitrogen and high phosphorus of the effluent when biphosphate as phosphorus source,low phosphorus and high nitrogen when phosphate as phosphorus source,the mixture was as the phosphorus source. This method could combine features of both,reducing operating costs,and has some application values.
