摘要
从三导联心电图重建为十二导联心电图, 能够为动态心电图监测提供有益的辅助信息。本文从导联向量的概念出发, 讨论了重建的算法, 对重建结果进行了相关系数, R波幅值, ST段的分析。其中ST段的上升,下降以及起始点和终点的幅值的绝对误差一般小于50μV,相对误差一般小于0.15,重建结果在一定的程度上是可以接受的。由于不同病人的导联向量值、电极位置存在差异, 这些误差有时难以避免, 进一步的结论需要临床上的更多的实验方能做出。
Reconstructing 12 lead ECG from 3 lead ECG can provide useful supplementary information for ambulatory ECG monitoring. Based on the concept of lead vector, we discuss the reconstruction algorithm, and analyze the quality of the result according to correlation coefficient, R wave amplitude and ST segment. The absolute error of ST rising, lowering part and the absolute errors of amplitudes of ST starting and stopping points are normally all less than 50 μV.The relative error is less than 0 15, so the results of the reconstruction are generally acceptable. Because of difference of various patients' lead vector values and lead positions, it is difficult to make no error. Further condusion will be able to be drawn only after further more clinical experiments.
