摘要
目的探讨凋亡相关基因bcl-x、bax在霍奇金病R-S细胞凋亡调控中的作用及其意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测bcl-x、bax基因在霍奇金病组织中的表达;应用免疫荧光汉标记,激光共聚焦显微镜下检测bcl-2与上述基因是否在同一R-S细胞内共表达。结果85.4%、70.8%的霍奇金病例R-S细胞及霍奇金细胞bcl-x、bax阳性;bcl-2与bcl-x、bcl-2与bax可以共存于同一R-S细胞胞质。结论bcl-x、bcl-2、bax基因可能共同参与部分霍奇金病R-S细胞及霍奇金细胞的凋亡调控。
Objective To study the expression and significance of aproptosis relating genes bcl-x bax in Hodgkin's disease. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to derect the expression and location of bcl-x.bax gene in Hodgkin's disease. In order to confirm that co-expressi0n of two apoptosis relating genes in the same Reed-Sternberg cell. Double-labeling immunofluorescence was applied and the staining results were observed under the confocal laser scanning microscope. Results Positive for bcl-x and Bax proteins were found in,erspectively 84. 5 % and 70. 8% of Hogdkin's disease. Conclusion It was found that bcl-2、and bcl-x or bcl-2 and bax could coexist in the same Reed-Sternberg cell. It seems that all three bcl-2family's members-bcl8 bel-x and bax might involved with the aproptosis of R-S cell.
