摘要
通过回转窑热工分析,指出影响回转窑热效率和能耗的主要因素及对策。同时对如何更好地利用烟气余热,提出了余热锅炉系统和烟气余热代替天然气加热热媒油工艺。
This paper points out that the main factor influencing rotary kiln＇ s thermal efficiency and energy consumption and its countermeasures by analyzing the thermal of rotary kiln. Meanwhile, in order to better use the waste heat of flue gas, it also proposes the waste heat boiler system and the technology using waste heat of flue gas to replace natural gas to heat the hot medium oil.
