摘要
烧结工艺生产过程生成大量的中低温余热资源。它们部分是烧结主抽废气,其风箱尾部平均温度可达到400℃;另一部分是环冷机或带冷机废气,其Ⅰ段、Ⅱ段平均温度可达到350℃和300℃。本文针对这部分余热资源的回收技术进行探讨,提出了回收利用这部分中低温余热资源的基本技术和工艺方案。
In the manufacturing process of sintering processing, a large amount of waste heat resources at mediumlow temperature are generated. They partly from the exhaust gas of main sintering suction fan,its average temperature is up to 400℃ in the tail of wind box; and partly from the exhaust gas of circular cooler or belt cooler, its average temperature in stage I and stage II are up to 350℃ and 300℃ respectively. The recovery technology of waste heat resources are discussed, and the basic technology and process scheme for recovering waste heat resources at medium-low temperature are put forward.
