高等职业教育是一种以职业能力为核心的教育。在高职商务英语专业人才培养过程中,实践能力的培养是重点问题,目前高职商务英语专业教学大多忽视了学生职业生活的需要。本文针对高职商务英语人才培养目标,结合外贸企业人才需求,探讨商务英语专业学生在外贸企业工作时的职业能力需求。
