浅析金融危机背景下的大学生就业问题

Studies on the Employment Issues for University Students in the Context of Financial Crisis

2008年以来,以美国次贷危机为导火索的国际金融危机迅速蔓延,到2010年,国际经济形势仍然不是十分明朗。尽管中国在应对金融危机方面取得了一定的进展,但是当前的大趋势仍然对我们国家的大学生就业工作提出了严峻的考验。在此形势下,我国大学生就业工作面临前所未有的困难,本文试图通过对当前大学生就业困难的一些分析研究,探索应对大学生就业困境的对策。

The international financial crisis spreads at a very fast speed started by the subprime mortgage crisis in America in 2008.The international economic situation is still not clear up to 2010.Although China has made some improvement in dealing with financial crisis,it still remains a severe test for the employment issues for university students in China in the current megatrend.In this situation,the employment issues for college students are facing unprecedented difficulties.This paper tries to explore some countermeasures in dealing with such difficulties through analyzing the current employment issues faced by universities.
