高效液相色谱法测定醋酸肤轻松搽剂中醋酸肤轻松含量

Determination of Main Component in Fluocinonide Acetonide Liniment by HPLC

目的建立醋酸肤轻松搽剂中醋酸肤轻松含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(70:30),检测波长为240 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果醋酸肤轻松质量浓度在6.20～31.00μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.18%,RSD为0.33%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法简便、快捷、结果准确,适用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish a simple and sensitive HPLC method for the content determination of fluocinonide acetonide in Fluocinonide Acetonide Liniment.Methods The Symmetry C18 coloumn（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with methanol-H2O（70 ∶30） as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 240 nm.Results The good linearity was obtained over the range of 6.20-31.00 μg/mL（r=0.999 9） for fluocinonide acetonide.The average recovery rate was 99.18%,RSD was 0.33%（n=6）.Conclusion The established method is simple,rapid and accurate,which is suitable for the quality control of this preparation.
