盐酸氨基葡萄糖咀嚼片的制备及质量控制 被引量:4

摘要 目的介绍盐酸氨基葡萄糖咀嚼片的制备及质量控制方法。方法选用甘露醇为稀释剂、阿斯帕坦为矫味剂、薄荷油为芳香剂、微粉硅胶为助流剂、硬脂酸镁为润滑剂、2%羟丙基甲基纤维素E50为黏合剂制备盐酸氨基葡萄糖咀嚼片,采用络合滴定法测定制剂含量。结果制得的盐酸氨基葡萄糖咀嚼片口感好、表面光滑美观、色泽均匀、硬度适中、服用方便。结论该制剂处方工艺成熟,检测方法简便、准确,适于医院配制和应用。 Objective To study the preparation technology of Glucosamine Hydrochloride Chewable Tablets and to establish its quality control method.Methods To select mannitol as diluents,asipatan as flavoring,pepperraint oil as aromatic,aerosil as glidant,magnesium stearate as lubricants,2%HPMC-E50 as adhesives.The complexometric titration was used to determine the content of glucosamine hydrochloride.Results Glucosamine Hydrochloride Chewable Tablets could be obtained with good taste,smooth-surface,uniform color,appropriate rigidity and easy taking.Conclusion The preparation technology is reliable and the detection method is simple and accurate,which can be used in hospital production and using.
