Influence of the Increase of Investment of Financial Support for Farmers——Take Hunan Province as an Example

财政支出对经济发展及经济发展方式转变具有重要的影响作用。从促进经济发展方式转变的角度看,当前增加财政支出的重点、难点在于加快农业发展方式的转变,关键要加大对农业技术、农民农业素质培训、农业基础设施、农业信息化服务、农业机械推广、农业战略新兴产业以及生态环境保护的投入,努力构建完善财政支农的保障体系。

Financial Support plays an important role in the development of economy and the transformation of the way of economic development. From such a perspective,the crucial point of the imcrease of financial expenditure lies in the speeding up the transformation of the way of agricultural development which focuses on the increase of investment in agricultural technology, training of farmers ,agricultural infrastructure, agricultural information service, promotion of agricultural machinery, agricultural strategic new enterprises, and the protection of the ecological environment so as to construct a security system for the perfection of financial support for farmers.
