基于灰色关联分析的湖南省旅游产业发展战略研究

A Study on the Development Strategy of Tourism Industry in Hunan Province from the Perspective of Grey Relation Analysis

湖南省委省政府提出旅游强省建设目标,建立湖南省旅游发展指标体系,研究旅游收入与各发展指标之间的灰色联系,找准战略关键点,对旅游强省建设具有重要意义。灰色关联分析结果表明,影响湖南旅游收入的关键因子依次为经济状况、交通条件、人才资源、文化产业发展状况、基础设施条件、城市环境和信息资源。应从经济增长、交通一体化、产业联动发展、人才培养和信息化等方面调整旅游产业发展战略,以推进湖南省旅游业又好又快发展。

The government of Hunan Province put forward the construction of tourism. It is of great significance to set up targets for tourism development and study the grey relation between tourism income and its indices. Findings show that the key factors affecting Hunan＇s tourist income are economy, traffic, human resources ,cultural industry, infrastructure, urban environment and information resources. In order to pro- mote Hunan＇s tourism development, strategies for economic growth,an integrated transportation system, industrial linkage development,personnel training and the development of a network of information should be used.
