摘要 肠鸣音信号是人体重要的生理信号之一,对其进行分析可以研究胃肠运动生理学,进而对许多胃肠功能紊乱疾病进行直接有效诊断.临床检测到的肠鸣音信号具有信号弱、噪声多、复杂且高度不平稳等特点,本文引入小波滤波方法,对采集到的原始信号采用不同的阈值去噪方法去噪,在MATLAB环境下进行仿真,分析了各自的滤波效果,总结出各种阈值去噪方法的优缺点. Bowel sounds signal(BS) is one of the important human physiological signals, analysis of the BS signal can then study gastrointestinal physiology and implement direct and effective diagnosis of gastrointestinal disorders. As the bowel sounds detected in clinical are always weak, containing many noise, complex and highly non-stationary, conventional denoising methods are often ineffective or poeerless. In this paper,wavelet filtering method is adopted to denoise the BS signal. By using different threshold based method, the simulations in Matlah are done. Also,the comparision and analysis are presented to valid the effectiveness of the denoising method.
