摘要
以99%氧化铝为原料,采用热压铸成形法成形激光器泵浦腔陶瓷反射体,研究了其中低温脱脂和烧成的工艺参数,制定了合适的脱脂制度。结果表明,当烧成温度为1140℃时,试样无缺陷,并且收缩率、吸水率和抗折强度均符合要求。
This thesis presents about low press injection of laser pumped cavities ceramics.The processes involved parameters in low temperature degreasing and firing process.The results showed that when the firing temperature was 1140℃, the samples with suitable bibulous rate,flexural strength and shrinkage could be achieved.
