从国际跨国公司发展方兴未艾和国内跨国公司培育成就初现两个方面隐射出广东跨国公司培育发展不进则退。从广东企业贸易出口情况、核心技术的国外依存度、技术进步对工业经济增长的贡献率等多个视角对广东跨国公司培育的有利条件进行分析。结合广东大型跨国公司发展调查,从自主知识产权与跨国公司培育、自主知识产权与国际知名品牌、企业自主知识产权与区域科技创新效率互动关系系统分析中探讨了其内在机理,分析广东跨国公司培育的路径特征。

From analysis on the favorable conditions on nurturing the transnational corporations in Guangdong and combing with survey on the development of large multinational companies in Guangdong,the efficiency of its internal mechanism of nurturing is explored and the path characteristics of nurturing the transnational corporations in Guangdong are analyzed.
