摘要
女性主义教学法主张建立师生间民主与平等的关系,不再以教师为中心,反对教师领导和控制学生的课堂权力现状。对女性主义教学法在女领导干部培训中的实践进行分析总结,认为批评与思考教学法、情景与体验教学法、差异教学法三种教学法在培训中的运用,有助于女领导干部们积极参与教学,将个人经验引入知识的获得和诠释中,从而增强女干部的性别意识,提升其政治参与能力。
The idea of feminist pedagogy is to establish the democracy and equality relationship between teachers and students,against the teacher-centered and the controlling of students. The author of this paper sums up the experience of feminist teaching methods in the women cadres training practice and claims that the method will help the women cadres to integrate their personal experience into knowledge acquisition and interpretation and to enhance gender awareness and capacity in their political participation.
