内蒙油房西银铅锌多金属矿选矿厂的设计构思

The Design Concept of Concentration Plant of Inner Mongolia Youfangxi Polymetallic Mineral of Argentum,Lead and Zinc

通过分析内蒙兴业矿业集团所提供的内蒙油房西地区的矿石类型及天津华北地质勘查总院燕郊综合勘查院提交的地质报告,结合北京矿冶总院所做的选矿实验报告确定了选矿工艺流程及选矿工艺指标即该矿为银铅锌多金属矿,生产能力为1 000 t/d,其产品为富含银的铅精矿、锌精矿。铅精矿品位52%,银2 002.14 g/t;锌精矿品位45%,银611.02 g/t。铅回收率75%,锌回收率83%;银总回收率70%,其中在铅中回收42%,在锌中回收28%。

Analyzing the ore type of Youfangxi in Inner Mongolia,which is provided by Xingye mining group Co.,Ltd,and the geological memoir which is provided by Yanjiao comprehensive exploration institute attached to Tianjin North China geological exploration general institute,and combining with the mineral processing laboratory report which is done by Beijing general research institute of mining metallurgy,this paper institutes the process flow and the technic indexes of the mineral processing such as the mineral is polymetallic including argentum,lead and zinc,the production capacity of concentration plant is 1,000 ton per day,the products are lead concentrate and zinc concentrate which are rich in argentum.The lead grade of its concentrate is 52%,and the argentum grade of it is 2002.14 gram per ton;The zinc grade of its concentrate is 45%,and the argentum grade of it is 611.02 gram per ton.The lead recovery is 75%,the zinc recovery is 83%;The argentum gross recovery is 70%,about 42% come from lead and 28% come from zinc.
