摘要
是在全球资源价格持续上涨的背景下,从矿业资源角度出发,以中国矿企海外资源并购作为切入点,通过对国内外历史资料分析与当下出现的新情况相结合的研究方法,着重探讨中国矿业企业在近年海外资源并购过程中遇到的风险及解决对策。
This is a global resource prices continue to rise in the context of mineral resources from the perspective of the acquisition of overseas resources and mining enterprises in China as an entry point,through the analysis of historical data at home and abroad of the new situation with the current combination of research methods,focusing on the Chinese mining companies mergers and acquisitions in recent years encountered in the process of overseas resources,risks and solutions.
