胸椎黄韧带骨化症的诊断及手术治疗

Diagnosis and Operative Treatment of Ossification of the Thoracic Ligam entum Flavu m

目的：回顾性研究２５ 例胸椎黄韧带骨化症的临床表现，诊断及手术治疗效果。方法：分别对胸椎黄韧带骨化症的临床表现，影像学特征和手术治疗方法进行描述。结果：全部病例经术后随访３ 个月～６ 年，手术优良率为７２ ％ 。结论：手术治疗是胸椎黄韧带骨化症的有效方法。

Objective :The clinical m anifestation ,diagnosis and operative results of 25 cases with ossification of the thoracic ligam entum flavu m were respectively studied .Methods :The clinical manifestation ,im aging feature and surgical methods were separately described .Results :The following up period was from 3 months to 6 years ,excellent and good results were obtained in 72 % of all patients .Conclusion :The operation is only an effective m ethod for ossification of the thoracic ligam entum flavu m .
