高等师范院校小学教育专业顶岗实习的实践与探索

针对我国高等师范院校教育实习中存在的一些问题,湖南第一师范学院作为湖南省教育厅开展顶岗实习的试点单位之一,从2008年开始在小学教育专业开展顶岗实习工作,初步探索出一条高等师范院校小学教育专业强化实践教学环节的有效途径。
