西部少数民族地区城镇化发展道路探析——以楚雄彝族自治州为例

世界城镇化发展进程的阶段性规律和我国城镇化实践表明,城镇化水平与国民生产总值呈正相关的双向互促因果关系。积极探索城镇化发展道路,推进城镇化进程,已经成为西部少数民族地区地方经济持续快速增长的强大动力,是解决西部少数民族地区二元经济社会结构矛盾与"三农"问题的根本路径。从西部少数民族地区城镇化发展现状分析,积极经营县城,走"县城据点型"城镇化道路模式是西部少数民族地区城镇化发展道路的最佳选择。

The periodical law in global urbanization and the practice of China＇s urbanization proves that development of urbanization is correlated positively with GDP.Urbanization is the powerful motivation to promote economic development in western ethnic region and is the primary approach to work out the contradiction resulted from the binary economic and social structure and clear up issues of agriculture,farmer and the rural area.The paper analyses the current urbanization in western ethnic region to conclude the best choice of urbanization in western ethnic region,that is,county-based development.
